Na-K-ATPase (Na+ pump)は、αとβサブユニットからできている。細胞内の3つのNaイオンと細胞外の２つのＫイオンを、１つのATPの加水分解により交換する。細胞外にouabainが結合することにより、Na-K-ATPaseを阻害する。
